The two pipeline systems comprised a total of 173km of 32” diameter API 5LX 65 Concrete coated pipe, with a 4” diameter API 5 LX 52 Piggy back line.
Project Information:
These lines were laid by C-Master from Assoluyeh beach site out to their respective field locations adjacent to the SPD 10 and SPD 11 platforms during the winter season of 2006/2007. The production rate peaked at 177 joints per day during the Phase 10 installation with an overall weld repair rate of less than 2% for the entire project.

Project Information:
The South Pars Phase 12 project was split into Phases A, B and C, and consists of three 32” dia pipelines, with 4” piggy back pipelines running from Tombuk beach site to the respective SP 12 offshore platform locations, as well as a 30” dia tanker loading line .
Total length of export pipelines is approximately 439km of production lines, plus 4.2 km of 30” loading line to the future tanker loading system.
The best production rate to date has been 200 joints per day on the 32”/4” SP 12A pipeline.

Project Information:
Construction works were carried on the 159.5-km 20” offshore section gas pipeline, which runs parallel to and about 4.5 kilometers from shore, to the Kudepsta gas distribution station near Sochi. The pipe line will have capacity to ship about 3.8 billion cubic meters a year. Progress with the C Master was consistent and steady under difficult conditions with lay rates exceeding 200 joints per day. The offshore section was completed in June 2010.
